Shipping and returns

1. HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We offer FREE regular shipping for ALL our orders.

2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Please note due to the Covid-19 situation all couriers are experiencing delays across their delivery network.

All orders are sent from Melbourne, Victoria. Deliveries will be dispatched within 24/48 hours of the order being placed (public holidays and weekends excluded) and your parcel will arrive within 2-10 working days, depends on your location.

Once dispatched, we will email you the tracking details for your parcel. Unfortunately, delayed parcels are out of our control. If you need further assistance, please let us know.

3. WHERE DOES REMI DELIVER?

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only.

4. MY ORDER IS A GIFT. CAN I INCLUDE A CARD?

Sure! Just add a note at checkout or email us with the details.

5. INCORRECT ITEMS

In the unlikely event you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please email us within 30 days of purchase at hello@remibeauty.au and we will resolve this for you within 7 business days.

Return shipping will be paid where the goods are faulty, please include the Australia Regular Post return shipping receipt within the parcel for reimbursement or email it through to us at hello@remibeauty.au

6. DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS/RETURNS?

If for any reason you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer a generous 30-day trial period.

Even if you used the products, we would gladly offer a store credit, refund or replacement on all skincare products returned to us within 30 days of your receipt.

Ceramics, limited edition, and sale items are excluded with our 30-day money back guarantee.
