HOW IT ALL STARTED
Like so many women, I was trying to do it all—chasing ambitions, caring for others, and pushing forward—while running on empty. The only moment I had for myself was behind the closed doors of my bathroom.
I sought a sanctuary but instead found a wasteland - shelves lined with plastic bottles that will linger in landfills and oceans for centuries, breaking down into microplastics that harm our wildlife, our own health and ultimately, our children. I was contributing to a cycle of harm.
I felt called to create something different—a simple, restorative, and beautiful ritual that is deeply connected to nature.
ReMI is an invitation to return to ourselves. To turn our daily skincare routine into a moment of reconnection to the body we live in and the nature we are intrinsically a part of.
ReMI stands for remedy—a remedy for skin, self, and for planet.
This is more than skincare. It’s a movement. I invite you to join us.

FOUNDER BIO
A student of innovation, Kiyoung brings a decade of experience in the beauty and personal care industry. She believes in the power of circular design to create a better way of life that can protect our future. She is a proud mum of two spirited children, who act as ReMI’s Chiefs of Sustainability.

ReMI is a circular beauty innovation house with the aim to restore ourselves and our planet. We believe the simple act of taking care of our skin can catalyse this much needed restoration. By taking care of ourselves, we can create the space to open up to others and take care of our planet.

A multi-disciplinary artist, Ryan generously gave me his time and guidance, meticulously creating the stone moulds and perfecting the ceramic boxes.

She has been with ReMI from the beginning as an advisor and now a friend. A true innovator, she believed in me through the many bumps in the road and kept me going.
TAMARA
A cellist and producer, Tamara graciously created the ReMI original soundtrack and edited the music to work with Eva’s storytelling.
TEGAN
Tegan created the truly unique visual identity of ReMI, expressing the simplicity, elegance and rawness of the story with a bold vision. She has not only shown me a new take on a beauty brand but also how to carry oneself in the world - with fearlessness and love.
